IBRAHIM TO NAJIB – GOOD LUCK AND TO ANWAR, TRY AGAIN NEXT GE

Ibrahim Ali said today that enough is enough and Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak should not beg for support from the Chinese anymore.

“It is humiliating and it was indeed a Chinese tsunami which was evident in several Umno seats where the candidates lost due to Chinese voters not voting them such Batu Pahat parliamentary seat.

“And opposition candidates and their leaders won overwhelmingly in Chinese majority seats.

“If these were not a Chinese tsunami, then what do one call this trend?” he asked.

The Perkasa president said Umno and Barisan Nasional (BN) should rethink the way forward by taking care of only the Malays, bumiputras and Indians after knowing the true situation.

Ibrahim, who failed to retain his Pasir Mas parliamentary seat said even at the rally last night in Kelana Jaya, more than 60 percent were Chinese and they were there as early as 7pm, wearing black T-shirts at a time when the Muslims were performing their Maghrib prayer.

He said the election was over and what was there to complain anymore where the process was recognized by the US government and other countries and global organisations.

“This only goes to show that the Chinese in DAP are not patience to gain power as written in their banners during the general election campaign – Now or Never.

“What we have now is Anwar Ibrahim using the Chinese terming it as the people’s uprising and the Chinese are using Anwar to split the Malays for their selfish objectives.

“MCA and Gerakan are almost wiped out now despite MCA president Chua Soi Lek’s statement about five months before the general election that the party would not be represented if it lost in the general election,” he added.

Ibrahim said Anwar claimed there were about 30 seats where irregularities were found and “he should just go to court with the evidence.”

“I think Anwar is worried about the appeal case by Saiful Bukhari on his sodomy charge and the Lahad Datu insurgents case and that his age is getting older and running out.

“MY advise to Najib now is good luck and to Anwar, try again in the 14th general election,” he added.
