SHAH ALAM: Three teenagers were killed and another injured when the car they were travelling in crashed into a divider on the Federal Highway.
Shah Alam traffic chief Deputy Supt Ruslan Abdullah said the four youths, all 18-years-old, were headed in the direction of Kuala Lumpur when the driver lost control of the Perodua Viva and crashed into the divider.
The incident happened at about 5.25am at KM14.5 of the Federal Highway, said DSP Ruslan on Sunday.
The deceased are driver Adam Ab Rahman, and passengers Ameer Asyraf Sulaiman and Nurul Maizura Maidan Dali.
Adam is from Muar, while Ameer and Nurul Maizura are from Malacca and Labuan respectively.
Nurfarina Mokhtar, who was sitting on the front passenger seat, escaped with minor injuries.
